Racing Tabby Watercolour Painting

This tabby cat is full of racing! She reminds me of our tabby, Chi, who used to tear around the living room at full speed, a blur of stripes and mischief! I wanted to capture that same joyful rush of movement, the feeling of pure fun as she races past in a whirl of colour and life.

This lively watercolour was painted on beautiful handmade paper with four natural deckle edges. The colours, greens, blues, purples, oranges alongside her black stripes,  flow and blend softly into the paper fibres, creating a sense of motion and energy.
