My mother had the idea to hire Denise to do a portrait of my daughter's gorgeous cat for a Christmas gift. Denise was wonderful to work with, and the portrait couldn't look more like him. She really captured his gorgeous eyes with his gold eyeliner - and his general serene and regal personality. We are delighted, and I can't wait to see my daughter's reaction when she opens this gift.

There is something rather splendid about waking up in Great Percy Street with Hecta perched on the windowsill and me, Bobby, curled up on the radiator, watching the world go by. This calendar captures it all; twelve months of whiskered wisdom, tail-flicking drama, and the occasional pigeon patrol.
March is a triumph against the morning light, the scent of toast drifting from number 42, and the quiet dignity of a day well begun. Every square is perfectly paw-sized for noting vet appointments, biscuit deliveries, and moonlit prowls.
The illustrations are divine. That one of me striding past number 44, my cat pad, my fortress, my throne, is pure poetry.
