Big Cat Wall Art Limited Edition Print

A clouded leopard in a tree. They are very striking cats, smaller than other leopards but have beautiful markings with distinctive 'clouds' on its coat, that gives them their name. The clouded leopard is more at home in the trees than on the ground and can move quickly through the dense forests of southeast Asia and the eastern Himalayas. They are one of the most ancient cat species. However, they are neither a true great cat nor a true small cat, because they cannot either roar or purr.

Sadly they are in decline due to deforestation, habitat loss and poaching. I met this one at a captive breeding program.
