16x11 inch watercolour of a tortie cat

A tortie cat glances back over her shoulder with a playful expression. Her spectacular tail has a mind of its own... she's always knocking things off the table! That’s why she’s called Cinders, because she sweeps up with her tail like a little broom.

She's painted in watercolour on handmade paper. Her coat is created by letting the watercolour flow over the wet paper. It sinks into the paper, moves and softens as it dries. She's finished with small touches of gold. The paper has four deckle edges.
